Dear MACS conference participants,
I am writing to update some lodging information.

I would like to encourage most of you to consider the Bayfront Inn, which is close (not on) to the beach and offers competitive rates. It has the most amount of available rooms, which means that if most participants choose to stay there, they will likely have the chance to continue developing relationships/conversations by staying at the same venue. Please remember to mention MACS when you call.

There is one lodging location, Sister of the Holy Names, suggested by one of our members that is also offering us discounted rates, and that is in a beautiful location, but it only has accommodations for up to 12 people, so those who can afford to stay there, should make reservations (PLEASE MENTION MACS). This location also offers double rooms, for those of you who want to share a room and cut expenses.

Also, please let us know ASAP if you would like to try finding alternative housing (i.e. guest rooms/couches in MACS member homes)
